Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Project Officer / Support Worker for their Young People Services at Bridge Foyer in Chester. The role focuses on providing key worker support to residents aged 16-25, helping them develop independent living and life skills through tailored action plans and group activities.

You will work on a 3-weekly rota (Week A 8-4, Week B 10-6, Week C 12-8) and support residents in daily living, appointments, and multi-agency meetings, contributing to positive outcomes and

• Experience working with young people or vulnerable groups is essential.
• Ability to build rapport and support to help young people achieve goals.
• Willingness to work in a 3-weekly rota and on-site at a housing scheme.

Responsibilities
