Job summary

Your Housing Group in Chester is hiring a Project Officer/Support Worker to support residents of Bridge Foyer, a 31-bed young people’s housing project. The role covers life skills coaching, action-plan delivery and multi-agency collaboration within a 3-week rota.

You’ll work with 16–25 year-olds, provide key-worker support, build independence, and contribute to a safe and empowering environment. Salary £25,407 for 35 hours, with generous leave and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in supported housing or similar setting.
• Ability to manage own diary and caseload.
• Comfort working in a 3-week rolling rota and lone-working elements.

Responsibilities

• Provide key worker support to young people using bespoke action plans.
• Help residents develop independent living and life skills.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings and group activities.
