Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for the night shift in our Contract Logistics division. You will ensure admin tasks are accurate and timely, align customer systems with our WMS, and support daily warehouse operations.

The role requires good MS Office skills, attention to detail, and experience with admin/stock control. SAP and WMS familiarity are advantageous. Salary is £29,677 per annum, with a nights shift from 22:00 to 06:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous admin/stock control experience.
• Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• Stock checks.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercise completion.
• System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
• Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
• Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.
