Lime Trees Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Night Unit Manager in Shrewsbury to lead a care team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will be responsible for daily unit operations, medication processes and accurate documentation, ensuring a safe and compassionate environment for residents.

Unit Manager Contract £17.00 - £18.00 per hour Contracted to
38.5 hours per week Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As a Night Unit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing your team while ensuring high quality, person centred care is delivered consistently across your unit.
This role carries responsibility for the day to day operational management of the unit, maintaining standards and supporting a safe, well organised and positive environment.
You will oversee the delivery of care, ensuring it is aligned to individual care plans, best practice and regulatory requirements.
This includes supporting the team, monitoring residents’ wellbeing, overseeing medication processes and responding effectively to any changes in condition, ensuring care remains safe and responsive.
You will also take responsibility for maintaining accurate documentation, including care plans, risk assessments and daily records.
Working closely with the Home Manager, colleagues, families and healthcare professionals, you will support clear communication, accountability and continuous improvement across the service.
