Lime Trees Care Home in Shrewsbury is seeking a Night Unit Manager to lead and develop a care team, ensuring high quality, person-centred care across the unit. You will manage day-to-day operations, maintain standards and support a safe, well-organised environment.
You will oversee care delivery in line with care plans and regulatory requirements, support wellbeing, and ensure accurate documentation and effective communication with the Home Manager, families and professionals.

As a Night Unit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing your team while ensuring high quality, person centred care is delivered consistently across your unit. This role carries responsibility for the day to day operational management of the unit, maintaining standards and supporting a safe, well organised and positive environment.
You will oversee the delivery of care, ensuring it is aligned to individual care plans, best practice and regulatory requirements. This includes supporting the team, monitoring residents’ wellbeing, overseeing medication processes and responding effectively to any changes in condition, ensuring care remains safe and responsive.
You will also take responsibility for maintaining accurate documentation, including care plans, risk assessments and daily records. Working closely with the Home Manager, colleagues, families and healthcare professionals, you will support clear communication, accountability and continuous improvement across the service.
