Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dealing with multiple drivers.
• Communicating with ports.
• Booking delivery slots for entry in ports.
• Using a Transport system called TOPS for recording drivers' start and finish times.
• Chasing drivers for ETAs and ensuring they are on time.
• Rerouting jobs as needed.
• Checking all PODs are matched up with the correct jobs on the system.
• Speaking to customers regarding possible delays and advising ETAs.

We are looking for candidates to apply who have the following:

• Previous experience as a Transport Operator – Essential.
• Confident and clear communicator – written and verbal.
• Excellent UK geographical knowledge.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Quick and efficient problem-solving skills.
