Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking an organised, reliable Night Transport Office Administrator to support the night transport operation. You will help dispatch drivers, manage paperwork and track loads in a fast-paced environment, with a team-based support structure.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration, clear communication and the ability to handle changing priorities. Previous transport or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential, with a flexible, night-facing role

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of night transport operations.
• Coordinate and assist with the dispatch of drivers.
• Prepare, check and process transport documentation and paperwork.
• Track and monitor loads, ensuring deliveries and collections progress as expected.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, colleagues and other contacts.
• Respond to queries and help resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Provide general administrative support to the transport office.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth operations.
