Job summary

Highland Spring Ltd is seeking a Transport Administrator to manage vehicle movements across the Ochils site and support a busy transport operation. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness and compliant documentation.

This 4 on, 4 off night shift runs 18:15–06:30 with a salary of £34,356.72 including a 25% shift allowance; overtime may be required. You will book vehicles, update the transport management system, and handle orders, invoices and safety processes.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication with drivers and colleagues.
• Experience in transport, traffic, logistics or warehouse administration would help.
• Knowledge of TMS or transport platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles in and out of site and keep records up to date.
• Maintain the transport management system and issue accurate documentation.
• Support loading schedules and ensure health and safety standards.
• Assist with customer orders, returns, transport invoices and reports.
