Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd is recruiting a Night Transport Office Administrator to join our transport operation. You will support the smooth running of night-time transport, dispatch drivers efficiently, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.

Based in the UK, you will join a small team and report to a Team Leader, gaining guidance while you handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nights shift starting soon with a planned move to 4-on, 4-off from January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of night transport operations.
• Coordinate and assist with dispatch of drivers.
• Prepare, check and process transport documentation.
• Track and monitor loads to confirm progress.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems.
• Communicate with drivers and contacts.
• Resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Provide admin support to transport office.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations.
