The role involves acting as the night-time point of contact, carrying out cleaning duties, maintaining records, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents while safeguarding wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, visitors, and other stakeholders during overnight hours.
• Help maintain the security of the building through regular monitoring of doors, windows, and communal areas.
• Carry out designated cleaning duties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Provide support, reassurance, and peace of mind to tenants who require assistance during the night.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all contacts, incidents, and actions undertaken during each shift.
• Support a person-centred approach, treating every tenant with dignity, respect, and recognition of their individual needs.
