Job summary

Accor in Reading is seeking a Night Auditor who welcomes guests from arrival to departure and maintains a warm, safe environment during the night.

You will handle diary events, messages, cashiering, wake-up calls and handovers, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in hospitality or customer-facing roles, strong communication, organization and a can-do attitude, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all diary events, flags and specials are actioned.
• Check and pass on all guest mail, messages and parcels promptly
• Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts.
• Any other duties requested by Manager.
• Complete all audit tasks as specified by the Night Auditors checklist.
• To answer, as promptly as possible, all incoming calls.
• Ensure reports are distributed.
• Process wake-up calls
• Ensure necessary handover of information is passed on to the oncoming shift.

Job Description
