Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Experienced delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is kept to the highest standard.
• Offer service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer actions and behaviour for disruption to operations.
• Assist with administration to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Help run promotions smoothly and contribute to their success.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and results in satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating per complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions as required.
• Maintain high personal presentation and brand dress code adherence.
• Develop product knowledge to support the customer journey.
