Village Hotels - Walsall is seeking a Night Team Leader to act as the engine of the night shift. You will run the overnight audit, complete security checks, ensure non-residents exit safely after events, and keep the building compliant while supporting guests and a busy team.

You will lead morale, assist with rotas to control wage costs, train new starters, and handover to the early Duty Manager to set the day team up for success.

Qualificações

• Leadership and team supervision experience
• Ability to manage overnight operations and audits
• Strong guest-facing service mindset and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of night-time procedures and reconcile daily activity through the night audit.
• Deliver warm welcomes for late arrivals, manage check-outs, serve drinks, and support room service as needed.
• Lead the night shift, manage rotas, train new starters, and handover to the early Duty Manager.
