Job summary

The Wallich is seeking a dedicated Night Time Support Worker to provide a proactive presence in our projects in Maesteg and Bridgend, working 19:00–07:00, 3 on/3 off, 37.5 hours per week.

You will respond to disturbances and emergencies, support residents, and assist with lone working and out-of-hours arrangements while ensuring DBS checks are current and driving is essential for shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS disclosure required
• Driving licence and use of own vehicle essential

Responsibilities

• Provide a proactive night-time presence to promote quiet and peaceful occupancy for residents/visitors
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies and housing management tasks according to procedure
• Assist with lone-working arrangements and out-of-hours resource planning
• Provide ad-hoc support to residents as demand requires
