Job summary

The Wallich is seeking a night-time residential support worker for the Swansea project, working to promote a quiet and safe environment for single homeless men aged 25+. The position is fixed-term for 6 months, with a rolling 37.5-hour week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide a proactive night-time presence within the Swansea project to promote calm and safe occupancy of residents/visitors.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies and housing management issues according to procedure; provide ad-hoc support to residents as demand requires.
• Assist with lone working arrangements and out-of-hours resource coordination.
