Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Night Support Worker for a location in the Morton area. The role offers night shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week, with competitive hourly pay and a range of benefits. Training is provided and DBS is fully funded to support residents with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable but not essential.
• Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Assist with personal care and recreational activities.
• Help residents retire for the night and ensure a comfortable sleep.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and dining.
• Collaborate with other professionals on care plans.
