Job summary

PBS4 is hiring a Support Worker (Enablement Assistant) in Shirley, Southampton, offering an hourly rate of £13.50 for night shifts (10pm–7am). This full-time permanent role focuses on person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and health needs.

You will adapt approaches to suit each person, celebrating successes and enabling activities of their choosing. We value empathy, resilience and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex health needs.
• Adaptable, empathetic, professional, compassionate and resilient.
• Able to provide person-centred care and support goals.
• Willingness to engage in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs.
• Engage in activities and enable participation in chosen interests.
• Collaborate with the PBS4 team to ensure safety and dignity.
• Maintain professional conduct and documentation as required.
