PBS4 is seeking a Support Worker (Enablement Assistant) to join our Headington team in Oxford on a 22.5-hour per week schedule. The role pays £13.50 per hour and is offered as a part-time permanent position.

You will support John, a 54-year-old with autism and a learning disability, with cooking, shopping and maintaining his independence; 1:1 support in his own home, plus occasional duties related to his shop assistant role in a charity shop.

Responsibilities

• Support John 1:1 with daily living activities (cooking meals, shopping, cleaning) to maintain independence.
• Assist with day-to-day routines and ensure a safe, encouraging environment.
• Support with John's shop assistant duties in a charity shop as part of his routine.
