PBS4 is seeking a Support Worker (Internally known as Enablement Assistant) in Wootton, Isle of Wight to provide person-centred support to people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and/or physical disabilities. The role requires adaptability, empathy, professionalism and resilience, with a focus on enabling individuals to live the life they deserve.
