Job summary

PBS4 is hiring a Support Worker (Enablement Assistant) to support two brothers in Locks Heath, Fareham. The role involves 1:1 daytime support and 2:1 when out in the community, following their routines and activities with patience and energy.

The position offers both full-time and part-time hours, with shifts including early, day, and sleep-in options. A UK driving licence is preferred due to transportation needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals who have autism.
• Patient, calm and reassuring with a friendly approach.
• Active and able to assist with physical activities and transport.
• Comfortable in 1:1 and 2:1 support settings.
• Confident swimmer and able to ride a bike.

Responsibilities

• Support two brothers on a 1:1 basis during the day and 2:1 in the community.
• Assist with daily schedules and activities to keep routines as planned.
