Glassmoon Services is looking for a sociable and confident Support Worker to join our team. You will provide 24-hour support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, delivering person-centred care and helping them achieve personal goals in education, employment, and community activities.

You will work with a dedicated team, follow policies, and contribute to meaningful relationships within the community while advancing your own skills through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK.
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Checks.
• References.
• ID & Address check.

Responsabilités

• To support and enable the People We Support to live their best life, delivering person-centred care.
• Complete and maintain Support Plans and other information to support our people.
• Help the people we support to maintain and develop relationships within their local community.
• Safeguarding the welfare of those in our care and promoting their safety.
• Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of changes in needs.
• Contribute to their continued well-being and daily living activities.
