Responsibilities

• You will have a meaningful role in delivering high quality care to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities.
• Help individuals engage with their interests, maintain skills, and receive personalised, person-centred care.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of relationships within the local community.
• Complete and maintain Support Plans and other information to support delivery of effective care.
• Notify Team Leader of changes in individuals’ needs to support wellbeing.
• Safeguard the welfare of those in our care and promote their safety.
• Support individuals to build relationships with family and others important to their life.
