Job summary

Glassmoon Services is recruiting for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Plymouth service. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in their daily activities, helping them to participate in interests and maintain their independence.

You will work as part of a caring team in a welcoming environment that values every voice. Experience with learning disabilities is preferred, and a valid UK driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Driving licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support People We Support to live their best life with person-centred care.
• Maintain and develop relationships with family, friends, and community.
• Complete and maintain Support Plans and necessary information.
• Notify Team Leader of changes in needs and wellbeing.
• Promote safeguarding and ensure safety of our clients.
