Job summary

Glassmoon Services is recruiting a Support Worker to provide 24-hour support to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities in the community. You will help clients achieve personal goals, build confidence, and form meaningful connections with family, friends, and professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid UK work rights and eligibility to work in the UK
• Driver's license preferred
• Satisfactory criminal records checks

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals supported
• Help people engage with their interests and maintain skills
• Support the development of relationships within the local community
• Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information
• Notify the Team Leader of any changes in needs for ongoing welfare
• Safeguard the welfare of those in our care and promote safety
• Assist individuals to build independence and social connections
