Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd in Crawley, West Sussex, is seeking a Night Support Worker for Deerswood Lodge. You will provide person-centred care on a 12-hour night rota, with shifts from 20:00 to 08:00 and some weekend work.

Qualifications

• No experience required; values and behaviours matter.
• Willingness to complete training and development.
• Ability to work on a 12-hour night shift rota and during weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and hygiene as part of personal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, intake and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion for residents.
• Collaborate with team and support colleagues in daily duties.
• Help create a safe, happy and caring environment.
