Job summary

Shaw healthcare in Stourbridge is seeking a Full time Night Support Worker at Hollybush to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents. The role covers 20:00-08:00 shifts with a 36-hour week, focusing on dignity, safety and well-being in a 24-bed respite and rehabilitation setting.

Full training and ongoing support are provided, with development opportunities and an Employee-Owned ethos. No prior experience required; values and respectful communication are valued in our friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Promoting physical and emotional support to service users.
• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Offering personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties.
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
