The Witherslack Group is seeking a Night Support Worker for our Coventry Children’s Homes. You will support young people during the night, help with routines, and build trust to create a safe and hopeful environment.

No prior experience is required, and we offer a Level 3 Diploma development path with a 4-week induction, plus opportunities for progression and a strong benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• No prior experience required; Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is supported if not held.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with young people in care.
• Willingness to work waking nights on a 4-on/4-off rota.

Salary: £30,849 - £33,896 (assuming good attendance)

Hours: Waking nights (4 on / 4 off)

Your Impact Matters

As a Night Support Worker, you'll be the anchor for our young people during the night. Whether they're dealing with trauma, feeling unwell, or simply unable to sleep, your understanding and support can make all the difference. Building trust and rapport is essential, and during quieter moments, you'll also handle tasks around the home, such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry.

Every shift is unique and meaningful. You'll tap into each young person's needs, personality, and potential, guiding them toward a brighter future.
