The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a Night Support Worker for night shifts in Devizes. You will be responsible for keeping a wakeful watch on residents' safety and providing compassionate personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping to ensure a warm, clean home environment.
Applicants should have a Diploma/NVQ Level2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with prior elderly care experience and a commitment to high standards of care.

Pay rate: £14.17

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a preference for working nights?
Our Support Workers make a real difference to our residents every day and your professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home in general, you'll also be supporting residents with their personal care needs and providing companionship. You'll be expected to carry out light household duties to ensure that the household and resident's rooms are kept clean and tidy, involving residents where it's appropriate to do so. You'll understand that some shifts might be challenging, but you'll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents.

Ideally with, or working towards, a Diploma/NVQ Level2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, you'll have a previous experience of elderly care and a commitment to providing high quality care standards for older people.
