Voyage Care in Norton Fitzwarren is seeking a Night Support Worker to help people gain more independence and support a fantastic group of individuals.
Typical shifts are 19:30–07:30, three nights per week with alternate weekends. The role includes personal care, bedtime routines, night checks and light domestic tasks in a dynamic team environment. DBS checks and references required.

Our nursing service in Norton Fitzwarren is an old farmhouse with large grounds including fruit trees and a walled garden. Its a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, you'll be enhancing the lives of people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
