Avenues Group in Hildenborough is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our on-site team. The role covers 36 hours per week with a base salary of £25,845 per year pro rata, plus a £1,200 complexity payment pro rata, and a commitment to training and career progression.

No prior experience is required as we provide award-winning training at no cost, including Health and Social Care Diplomas to support your career development.

Summary

Night Support Worker

We are looking for Night Support Workers to work with us in Hildenborough, supporting 5 people with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties, and behaviours of concerns.
