Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking Night Support Workers for Theoc House in Tewkesbury and similar ABI services. You’ll help people gain independence in daily life, working in a supportive team to assist with personal care, and engaging in activities to promote confidence and well‑being. A passion to learn and a caring attitude are essential.

No prior experience required — training is provided, with opportunities to develop in a sector-leading organisation.

Pay rate starts at: £13.45 ph (this is including the night enhancement)

Shifts are a mixture of: 22:00 - 8:00 on a rota Monday to Sunday

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service - Theoc House in Tewkesbury is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support going shopping, the next you could be unwinding with them playing memory games and participating in activities.
