Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join Beckly House in Shelf, near Halifax, on a full-time 42-hour week with 12-hour shifts. The role includes alternate weekends and night work, delivering person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will support daily living, provide emotional and physical assistance, and help residents lead more independent lives.

Cygnet Group are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full-time 42 hours a week, 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beckly House. Beckly is a specialist residential service in Shelf, Halifax - West Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. We encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with people to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.

Your Day-to-Day
