Cygnet Healthcare's Beacon House in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to provide person-centred care on a 42-hour week, including nights and alternating weekends. You'll support people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, helping them lead a meaningful life.
The role offers ongoing learning, a robust apprenticeship scheme, and wellbeing benefits, with pay starting at £13.15 per hour and rising after three and eighteen months. DBS check will be required.
We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beacon House. Beacon House is a specialist residential service in West Yorkshire supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
