Job summary

Langdale Chase Hotel in Windermere is seeking a Night Supervisor to lead overnight guest services while ensuring the security and safety of the property. You will supervise a small team, manage late check-ins and early check-outs, and maintain high standards of service throughout the night.

The role requires a calm, responsible approach, excellent communication, and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Night Supervisor or similar role.
• Comfortable working overnight and managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star guest service and welcome to guests.
• Ensure security and health & safety of the hotel overnight.
• Check in late arrival guests and check out early departures.
• Serve refreshments to residents during the night where required.
• Set up and clear public areas and restaurant tables as needed.
• Carry out nightly patrols of the hotel and premises.
• Be conversant with fire evacuation plans and fire panel operation.
