Job summary

Langdale Hotel and Spa is seeking a Night Supervisor to lead the Night Team and oversee overnight operations at Langdale Estate. The role ensures safe, smooth service and a high standard of guest experience throughout the night.

You will coordinate Front of House activities, respond to emergencies, handle guest requests, and drive the overnight audit process. The post requires decisive leadership, excellent communication and a proactive, guest‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or front-of-house exposure preferred.
• Comfortable leading a small night team and coordinating across departments.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Night Team and coordinate overnight operations across the Estate.
• Allocate nightly duties and ensure tasks and checks meet required standards.
• Maintain visible leadership and support team members throughout the shift.
• Coordinate Front of House activities for smooth handover between shifts.
• Coach and develop Night Team members through training and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure appropriate operational coverage.
• Ensure security, safety and guest service standards are maintained overnight.
• Complete and oversee overnight audit processes in the PMS and hand over to morning teams.
