Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Night Auditor for a beautiful country house hotel in Lutterworth. This full-time role covers overnight operations, guest service, and supporting the night team. The package includes £29,601.60 per annum plus service charge, free parking, training, room and F&B discounts, and 28 days annual leave.

As a Night Auditor, you'll play an important role in ensuring guests receive excellent service throughout the night, whilst supporting the wider team and maintaining the smooth running of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

As a Night Auditor, you'll help oversee the night operation and ensure guests receive a consistently high standard of service.

• Support the Night Manager and work alongside the night team
• Complete the night audit, ensuring all procedures meet required standards
• Handle guest enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Follow company policies and audit procedures
• Maintain the security of the hotel, including fire and safety procedures
• Maximise revenue opportunities across room sales
• Liaise effectively with other departments
• Support porter duties, including room service and conference/function room set-up and breakdown
• Prepare light meals when required, with training provided

• Previous experience within a hotel as a night porter or auditor
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English
