Job summary

Valor Hospitality in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Night Manager for night-time operations in a hotel setting near Nottingham. The role involves deputising for the Night Manager, handling guest requests, and ensuring smooth night-time procedures including audit and safety checks.

There is emphasis on strong Front of House experience, superb customer service, and the ability to manage handovers effectively.

£29,000 per annum/ £13.94 per hour, 40 hours per week over 5 days

Do you have strong background in Front of House or Reception operations but prefer working the night shift?

As Assistant Night Manager you will deputise in the absence of the Night Manager, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks, night security walks and dealing all guests requests.

Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager as are excellent customer service skills.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
