Package

£26,000 per annum

What’s involved?

• Supervise night staff, including night auditors, security personnel, and other night shift employees.
• Monitor and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and the hotel premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel to identify and address any safety or maintenance issues.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as any reservations or booking inquiries that may arise during the night.
• Prepare and distribute reports summarizing the night shift activities and any incidents that occurred.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage night staff and interact with guests.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, security protocols, and customer service standards.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously during the night shift.
• Flexibility to work night hours, including weekends and public holidays.
