Job summary

Asda is seeking a Night Manager in Radcliffe to lead the night team and keep the store running while the world sleeps. You will be responsible for delivering top shop floor standards, safety, and compliance through all departments during the night shift.

You'll work a rolling rota, four nights over seven including weekends, and oversee the operation when the store is open 24 hours. A hands-on leader with strong customer service is essential to drive performance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.
• Confident in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the night team to ensure availability and high shop floor standards across all departments.
• Oversee operations during the night and ensure the store runs safely and legally while open 24 hours.
• Drive trading activity on the shop floor during night shift and ensure promotions and layouts are prepared for handover.
