Asda Stores Ltd in Harrogate is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team and keep store operations running while the rest of the world sleeps. You will ensure product availability, clean and safe conditions, and high shopfloor standards across all departments.

This role involves a rolling rota with 4 nights over 7, including weekends, and you will be the sole on-site manager during night shifts. You’ll need decisive, hands-on leadership and a focus on continuous process improvement to

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus and flexibility for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the night team to ensure 24/7 operation and safety.
• Maintain availability and high standards on the shop floor.
• Manage stock, deliveries, and returns during night hours.
