ASDA Radcliffe is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team and keep the store running smoothly while the world sleeps. You’ll ensure stock availability, safety and high shopfloor standards across all departments during the night shift.

You’ll work a rolling rota of 4 nights over 7, including weekends, and be the sole manager on site through the night, coordinating handover and prepping promotions and key display areas for the day team.

Qualifications

• Drive strategy into action: Planning and executing all trading activity on the shopfloor during night shift by ensuring delivery is date rotated and waste and returns are managed correctly limiting damage through replenishment.
• Lead with impact: Leading and coaching night colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards whilst creating a culture of selling our customers with personality, serving with heart and pride, and get one more item in every basket.
• Execution-focused: Ensuring shopfloor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to day team with promotion, Foyer and hot spots fit for trade.
• Talent Development: Listen with empathy, driving resilience and encourage ownership, focus and passion for the business by bringing the "Asdaness" to work every day and supporting the development of the team and creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted, and motivated to step up.
