ASDA in Mansfield is hiring a Night Manager to lead the night team and keep the store running while others sleep. You will ensure availability, high shop floor standards, and safety compliance through the night shift.

You'll work a rolling rota with four nights in seven, including weekends, and you will be solely responsible for the store during your shift, overseeing operations end-to-end. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, plus a range of colleague discounts and wellbeing

Qualifications

Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight.
Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.
Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
Strong customer service focus.
Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach night colleagues and team leaders to deliver shopfloor standards.
Ensure smooth operation of store through the night and maintain safety and security.
Maintain high availability and shop floor presentation for customers.
Hand over to day team with clear handover and continuity.
