The role requires oversight of night planning and execution, with a rolling rota of four nights over seven, including weekends, in a large-format retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a large-format retail grocery environment, ideally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead night team to ensure availability and shopfloor standards across all departments.
• Oversee operation of the store during the night and hand over to day team.
• Plan and execute night activity, ensuring waste, returns and replenishment are properly managed.
