Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to safeguard staff and visitors. You will enforce access control, conduct site inductions and patrols, and respond to incidents as directed by site management and emergency services.

The role covers night shifts on a 24‑hour week, with Mon–Tue 20:00–08:00 patterns. The position offers a range of benefits including a Real Living Wage Foundation partnership, sick pay, license renewals, pension, cycle to work and more.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Front‑Line License is essential.
• SIA CCTV License is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer focus are required.
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and handle pressure.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain surveillance and carry out regular site patrols.
• Brief visitors and contractors; ensure sign-in/out.
• Process delivery paperwork and site records.
• Set and unset alarms for out‑of‑hours security where applicable.
• Follow risk assessments and safety documents.
