Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking a Process Trainer for a high-end retailer's e-commerce fulfilment warehouse on the night shift. You will train staff on safe operating procedures, refresh training materials, and monitor performance to boost productivity and safety compliance.

The role is mainly Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility advantageous. The ideal candidate has several years in a busy warehouse, coaching or teaching experience, and solid communication, listening, and Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy warehouse environment with coaching or teaching experience.
• Strong communication, active listening, basic computer literacy (Microsoft 365) and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assess MHE usage, manual handling, and health and safety standards.
• Standardize SOPs and identify performance gaps with managers.
• Track training progress and maintain certifications; evaluate training effectiveness.
