Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Cannock is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our warehouse operations on the night shift (18:00–06:00) with one Saturday every four weeks. You will supervise daily activities, set priorities, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of people management, experience with continuous improvement and WMS, and a strategic mindset to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Continuous improvement experience essential.
• WMS knowledge essential.
• Strong operational knowledge of logistics/warehousing.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication to inspire the team.
