Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Trainer in Rugby (CV23) to identify, coordinate and deliver all warehouse training requirements within the operation.

You will produce and update training materials, organise classroom and on-the-job training, conduct inductions for new colleagues, review ongoing needs and monitor training effectiveness, and help close skills gaps to improve performance.

Qualifications

• RTITB qualification or equivalent is required or desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
• Experience in a supply chain environment is desirable.
• Ability to identify skills gaps and support performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update training materials and packages.
• Organise and deliver training events in the classroom and on the job.
• Conduct on-the-job inductions for new colleagues into the business.
