The role involves training on processes, completing competency assessments, maintaining records and collaborating with Team Leaders to develop staff across rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience training, coaching or mentoring others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident delivering training to individuals and groups.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Competent using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Location: Derby (DE74)
Pay Rate: £13.62 - £15.98 per hour
Shift Pattern: Full Time | Rotating Shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 06:00-18:00)
