Qualifications

• Lead and develop a team to achieve targets and customer expectations.
• Experience leading warehouse teams; logistics background preferred.
• Proficient with WMS and MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a warehouse team to achieve operational excellence, service targets and customer expectations.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring effective task allocation, resource management and productivity performance.
• Communicate KPIs, SLAs and priorities through team briefs and engagement sessions.
• Champion a strong safety culture by maintaining Health & Safety standards and compliance across the operation.
• Support colleague development, continuous improvement projects and employee relations activities to build a high-performing team.
