DHL Supply Chain in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Trainer in Rugby (CV23) to identify, coordinate and deliver all warehouse training requirements within the operation.
You will produce and update training materials, organise classroom and on-the-job training, conduct inductions for new colleagues, review ongoing needs and monitor training effectiveness, and help close skills gaps to improve performance.
Pay Rate: £32,000
Grade: CA
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 1830 - 0300
